On-site support is intended to stably integrate the atrac® system into the mill structure.
It includes but is not limited to on-site training, expert monitoring, and support.
We offer remote assistance either on an hourly basis or with standing charge.
The details can be discussed on request.
Additional day and night support via remote assistance is generally possible.
The scope as well as the fee of such service can be defined in detail as and when necessary.
